Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the u19 platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must refrain from using the u19 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

The u19 platform is only open to individuals who are 18 years of age and above. Users below this age limit are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services offered. u19 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of belonging to an underage user.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of u19 platform services, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.

Account Security Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
  • Each account is for the sole use of one individual. Sharing your account with any other party is prohibited.
  • Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the u19 support team immediately.
  • U19 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account information.

U19 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time by requesting supporting documents such as a national ID or payment documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities

Users of the u19 platform agree to use all services provided in a lawful and responsible manner that does not violate any laws in force in Malaysia. Use of this platform for unlawful purposes, fraud, or any harmful activity is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

  • Using automated software, bots, or other technical tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from u19.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
  • Distributing malicious content, spam, or false information through any communication channel within the platform.
  • Abusing promotions, bonuses, or offers in a manner inconsistent with the original intent of those programmes.
  • Conducting financial transactions with the intent to launder money or engage in other illegal activities.

U19 reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary — including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding related balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities — where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of any of the above rules.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the u19 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go, and local bank transfers. u19 does not accept payments in foreign currencies or via any payment method not officially listed.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

  • Deposits are credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Any delays caused by third-party technical issues are beyond u19's control.
  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification.
  • U19 reserves the right to impose deposit and withdrawal limits in accordance with its internal policies, as updated from time to time.
  • Any withdrawal attempt made before the wagering requirements (where applicable to a bonus) have been met will result in the forfeiture of that bonus.
  • All transactions are final once confirmed. Cancellations or reversals may only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to review by the u19 team.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate and current. u19 will not be liable for any losses arising from incorrect or outdated bank account information provided by the user.
